Terms of Use

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms explain the rules for using Kampus. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Kampus.

1. About Kampus

Kampus is an educational marketplace where university students can find courses, study materials and live help sessions from instructors and other students.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.

  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • Use one account per person. Do not pretend to be someone else.
  • You can register as a student or as an instructor. We may review or limit instructor accounts.

3. Payments and wallet

Prices and fees are shown before you pay. Wallet deposits may be reviewed by our team before the balance is added to your account.

Refunds, if any, follow the rules shown at the time of purchase. Your wallet balance is for use on Kampus only and is not a bank account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Kampus to:

  • harass, threaten or insult others;
  • cheat in official exams or present someone else's work as yours;
  • upload illegal content or content you have no right to share;
  • copy, resell or share paid course materials outside Kampus;
  • try to hack, disrupt or misuse the platform or other users' accounts.

5. Content and ownership

Instructors keep ownership of the materials they upload and give Kampus permission to host them and show them to enrolled students. Students may use materials for personal study only.

The Kampus name, logo and platform belong to Kampus.

6. Live sessions

Live sessions may run through a third-party video service. Be respectful in sessions, and do not record or share them without permission from the instructor and the participants.

7. AI features

Some features, such as the study assistant and quizzes, use artificial intelligence. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete, so check important information with your instructor or your official course materials.

8. Suspension and ending your account

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk. You can stop using Kampus at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account (see our Privacy Policy).

9. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Kampus running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Instructors are responsible for the content and advice they provide.

To the extent allowed by law, Kampus is not responsible for indirect or accidental losses that result from using the platform.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Kampus after a change, you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
